Pakistan Makes Historic Debut at Red Sea Film Festival — Atiqa Odho,Tauseeq Haider, and Shehzad Nawaz to Represent Country
Jeddah — Pakistan will officially participate for the first time in the Red Sea Film Festival starting December 4 in Jeddah, a milestone welcomed by the overseas Pakistani community. The initiative, led by event specialist Nosheen Waseem, highlights Pakistan’s growing cultural footprint under Saudi Vision 2030.
A dedicated Pakistani booth will feature three renowned artists: Atiqa Odho (veteran film & TV star), Tauseeq Haider ( Actor and host), and Shehzad Nawaz (actor, filmmaker, and media strategist). The festival, hosting over 70 countries and more than 100 films, is expected to draw thousands of industry professionals.

Nosheen Waseem confirmed that strong support from a Saudi company and the Pakistani community in Jeddah made the participation possible. She also revealed that a Turkish production house has already announced a joint Saudi–Pakistan film project ahead of the festival.
