Story advancing, but things are getting tougher
Mikael is trapped in his past, which surfaces in various ways. Now he’s been admitted to a rehab center, but he refuses to accept his role in causing the issues. Shaqielle Khan has done a good job being a director, as working with a star like Faisal Quraishi is always tricky and tough. Production is designed accordingly, and we see camera angles, lighting, indoor locations, and décor neatly arranged and mapped out.
Performances
This is a multi-dimensional and multi-faceted character that Faisal Quraishi has played brilliantly. We see many shades of a single personality, and he gives his best in every shade. Zara (Madiha Imam), Anaya (Srha Asghar), and Phuppo of Zara (Kaif Ghaznavi) have also performed their characters well. Annie Zaidi and Tauseeq Haider have also done a good job.
What to expect next?
The promo of the 29th episode suggests that things are getting closer to an end in a few episodes. Zara has gone through hell being the wife of Mikael, but now she looks a bit stable.
