Mega Drama Serial Khaie starring Faysal Quraishi, and Dure Fishan in lead roles is close to its conclusion now with just 1 episode left.

By the end of the 28th episode, the intentions of Zamda are totally clear as she admits before Duraab Khan what was her plan. Before that, Duraab Khan and his son, Chanar Khan were unaware of what was going on in the mind of Zamda.

The main and deciding event of the 2nd last episode of Khaie is the escape of Badal from prison with the help of Barira Baji. This event leads to the killing of Barlaas, followed by the murder of Badal himself. The killing of Barlaas has led to unleashing a chain of more killings.

Script and storyline:

As a typical Pashtun story depicting their culture, Khaie is full of bloodshed and bullet fires. The writer, Saqlain Abbas, has portrayed the tradition of revenge (Khaie) and incorporated love and romance in it quite beautifully. He has given us a glimpse of the deep-rooted tradition of vendetta and evil in tribal life. However, we can say that it is a dark side of Pashtun culture. The last two episodes of the story have been mainly woven around violence, miseries, tears, and blood with a slow-paced plot. The Barlaas Khan funeral scene was also a bit lengthy. Hope the story will be summed up properly in the last episode.

Direction and production:

Directed by Syed Wajahat Hussain, and produced by the well-known duo of Abdullah Kadwani and Asad Qureshi, Khaie has a taste of its own. Apart from a few shortcomings, the overall direction has been good. We see both the romance and male chauvinism in a single character have been portrayed smartly. Such a multi-shaded character has been handled carefully by the director and producers.

Performances:

Faisal Qureshi has performed the character of Chanar Khan quite masterfully as usual. Late Khalid Butt also performed as a paralyzed person and throughout the drama brilliantly. Others especially Durr e Fishan Saleem, Usama Tahir, and Shuja Asad have also done justice to their characters. Pashtun accent is also adapted by the artists very well.

What to expect from the last episode?

Zamda has been planning and executing her revenge with the help of Badal. But after his murder, she is alone and now she has to carry out the final phase of her plan by herself. The promo of the last episode gives a hint. Let’s see whether it is going her way.

What the last episode of Khaie has in store for us, let’s wait.
