Nauroz is another fantastic and thrilling story produced by Green Entertainment. Written by Kashif Anwar and directed by Shehzad Kashmiri, this is the story of a simple and innocent girl, Rashtina (Mawra Hocane).
Rashtina is visiting the city for the very first time in her life. There she comes into contact with some of her most distressing times. She meets a road accident and is hit by a car being driven by Ira. Ira is a famous social media star with a huge fan following on TikTok and other platforms.
The Story So Far:
In the fifth episode, Rashtina is first probed by Ira. First, she doesn’t believe what Rashtina has told her. But then the coming events compel her to believe that Rashtina is not lying. To help Rashtina, Ira calls a friend of hers, Rustam, who also has a feeling of liking for Rashtina.
As Ira is a social media star with an influential presence, she tells Rashtina about how to make videos and photos for TikTok. Ira also has been through family problems. When asked by Rashtina about her family and parents, she becomes sad. She has a long journey through to the present day.
The bond between Rashtina and Ira is beautiful as they are age fellows and somehow share the same past story with many family and social problems. The ongoing bond between the two can strengthen more as Rashtina learns about Ira’s past. However, the reaction of Rashtina is still to come.
On the other hand, Karvaan Khan (Manzar Sehbai) continues to search for Rashtina. He has come to the city but has not yet succeeded in finding the whereabouts of Rashtina.
Mawra Hocane’s Brilliance:
Mawra Hocane is brilliant in the story as her looks are naturally innocent. Ira has also done a great job as a social media influencer. Other actors are doing justice to their roles.
Green TV Bringing Change:
One very pleasing thing is that the story is been shot in Islamabad and Rawalpindi or Lahore. We are witnessing the local faces of these cities in contrast to the Karachi-based dramas where the same faces are being seen in every third or fourth drama. Credit must be given to Green Entertainment which has brought a lot of freshness to the mini-screen with new faces. Also, we have seen a whole lot of new themes and topics for our drama stories.
Let’s see what is in store both for Rashtina and Ira.
