This week’s two episodes of Sukoon have been doom and gloom not only for Aina (Sana Javed) but have opened a new chapter of life for Hamdan (Ahsan Khan) as well. Raza (Khaqan Shahnawaz) has just toyed with the emotions of Aina, completely ignoring the fact that she has lied to her father for Raza only.
Diving Into the Plot:
Aina has gone through an Ocean of Fire for Raza, but he refuses to have any relationship, rather than know her. How many more trials will Aina have to go through, it is yet to be seen. We have watched the miserable situation of Aima (Qudsia Ali) and her mother (Laila Wasti) when Aina is not at home and things get worse for them both after her return.
Hamdan has been a nice guy throughout the story from rescuing Raza while in tough situations to now instantly coming to the aid of Aina when her father, phuppo, and Usman (Adnan Samad Khan) have become enemies. Aina has proved herself no less than a fool and stupid who believed the flirty Raza was really in love with her. How on earth a girl can be so foolish and simple to not understand the nature of such guys?
The Characters:
These two episodes of Sukoon have clearly shown the real faces of all the characters whether good or bad. One good thing in the story that is not very common in our society is the support of the mother for Aina for which she got to be on the brink of being divorced even. Especially, we have seen the reality of Usman. He just wanted to take revenge on Aina and her father but his plan failed with the arrival of Hamdan to the rescue of Aina.
Story Insights:
In the two episodes of Sukoon, one very common and contrasting behavior of our society has been rightly portrayed: gender discrimination. Raza’s mother unfairly supports him in all his wrongdoings. Aina’s father on the other hand even doesn’t listen to what ordeal she has been going through.
A man gets away with it despite being deceitful and a liar while a woman is humiliated and rejected even if she tries to honor her promise of love. How this discrimination and inequality create misery for a girl, we can very well understand this with the story of these two episodes of Sukoon.
What next for Aina and Hamdan?
A strong beam of hope is there for Aina as she is now with Hamdan. He is quite in a strong shock for forcefully marrying Aina and accepting her as his wife, however, she can expect a new journey and a new route of life ahead for her. At least, she has got rid of an anti-woman moron, Usman.
How will Aina cope with losing her home and relationships, this must be the biggest trial for her in the upcoming story.
Many things are to be unfolded for all the characters in the next episodes so let’s wait and see.
