The story has reached 60 episodes. This episode continues the marital and financial issues of the three couples. Rubina Kabir Khan and Rukhsaan Nigar are the writers of this soap. Rukhsana Nigar is a popular name for our digest readers. She has a lot of experience in writing domestic stories. This is a multi-track family story with lighter twists and turns and not very big or harsh conflicts.

The story moves forward but with a few changes

Sameer (Umer Shehzad) is in hot water as he is forced to live with in-laws as a ghar damad and Farheen (Tuba Anwar) is not very happy with him because he is jobless and trying his luck in acting without having any success yet.

Farheen knows very well that her jobless and worthless husband is good for nothing. She doesn’t want to lose the leisure and comfort of home so she devises a plan to please her mother (Aisha Gul). But this is only a temporary solution. Her younger sister Aleezay is doing a job and financially helping her family but Farheen is not happy with her even then.

Maham is angry with Hamad because of her brother but the brother and his wife don’t support her in the hour of need. Now Hamad is also upset in the absence of Maham as his life is empty of marital pleasure.

After the expiry of the visa, Sajjal (Momina Iqbal) is to come back to Pakistan against her will. She is already upset because of not good news about the baby contrary to her expectations. Ashar (Daniyal Afzal) is also not happy with the new development but he sees a new change in the form of visiting back home.

Not a very lavish production and design but engaging

As the drama has to go to a length of 80 or more episodes, the production is designed a bit simply in camera work and costumes. Outdoor scenes are also less in number. Mostly there are office and home scenes as the story demands. Background music however is laudable as it fits the requirements of a soap story. Characters are also few in number which makes it easy to understand the story and the background.

The team has done a good job

Salman Sirhindi is a new name for most of the drama viewers but his work is praise-worthy. Doing a long soap as director needs skills and he has done justice as a new director. Both Rubina Kabir Khan and Rukhsana Nigar have kept the interest of viewers in the story and characters. Actors are also performing well in their respective characters especially Momina Iqbal and Tuba Anwar.

What to expect next?

As Sajjal is due to come back to Pakistan and all the baby hype created by her mother-in-law is now gone, so we can expect not a good patch is going to come her way. With her arrival at in-laws, new twists and turns will be unfolding for the family in the next episodes. Hammad’s unhappy episode of marital life may also be prolonged.

Let’s see what happens.
